Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit on jz348 is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by the platform, though your individual payment provider may apply its own transaction limits.

Withdrawal Processing: jz348 aims to process all withdrawal requests within approximately 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad payouts during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing times. jz348 reserves the right to conduct identity and payment verification checks before releasing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times in individual cases.

Funds Security: Player funds held in jz348 accounts are maintained separately from operational funds. jz348 does not use player deposits for operational expenses. In the event of any platform financial difficulty, player funds are protected accordingly.

Failed or Reversed Transactions: If a deposit is not credited to your jz348 account within 30 minutes of the transaction being confirmed by your payment provider, you must contact jz348 support with the relevant transaction reference number. jz348 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems, network outages, or Bangladeshi public holidays affecting banking operations.

No Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or mobile money provider while funds remain in your jz348 account is a serious violation of these Terms. Any account found to have initiated an unjustified chargeback will be immediately suspended, the disputed amount will be considered a debt owed to jz348, and the matter may be referred to appropriate legal channels.

jz348 is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. All games on the platform use certified random number generation (RNG) that is independently tested and audited. No game outcome on jz348 is influenced by account balance, betting history, or any externally applied factor beyond the published mathematical house margin.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jz348 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using or attempting to use automated betting software, bots, scripts, macros, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.

• Providing false identity information during registration or verification, including use of another person's identity documents.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward jz348 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing jz348 in a manner designed to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions imposed by the platform.

All content on the jz348 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, interface layout, graphics, text, game presentation, software code, promotional materials, and any other proprietary material — is the intellectual property of jz348 or its licensed suppliers and game providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jz348 platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any content from the jz348 platform without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the jz348 software or game code.

Termination by jz348: jz348 may suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Services at any time and without prior notice if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms in a material way.
• jz348 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a lawful order from a government authority.
• jz348 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with your account.
• Your account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more and contains a zero balance.

Termination by You: You may close your jz348 account at any time by submitting a written request to the customer support team. Upon closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their normal outcome, and any remaining real-money balance (net of outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. jz348 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts with a positive balance. Prior to applying this fee, jz348 will attempt to notify the account holder via their registered contact details. If the balance reaches zero as a result of dormancy fees, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.
